A Run to the Rib Room
This past Thursday night, the doors were finally open and the anticipation was finally squelched to the new and improved Rib Room. The newly renovated space has been upgraded to a two level, open floor plan, entertainment palace. Friends and family and the Honorable Mayor Ray Baker, gathered to bid good tidings to the Rib Room team on a successful reopening.
Guests were never hesitant to raise their glasses for a toast to a fun-filled night and a promise of many more to come. Although the weather threatened to put a damper on the evening, mother nature held off her wrath for the attendees to have a little fun.
Not only was the company and the beverage superb, but so was the entertainment. The Klocks, who make their way from their home in San Antonio to cover the wide spectrum of the Beegees, 80′s hair bands, and a medley of today’s popular genres, were there to help us sing the night away in style.
Although no food was served on Thursday, we made the journey back on Saturday to enjoy the same fun but with a tasty twist. If one were to be looking for the best rubbed chicken and ribs in the River Valley, then one would need to look no further than the Rib Room. The food is delectable, the entertainment is incomprehensible, and the memories are ones that won’t soon be forgotten.
